How I Can Help You?

Contact me if you would like me to:

Training can be done 1-2-1 or with a friend (Group Personal Training up to 3 people), however you feel most comfortable. It doesn't matter what level of fitness you are at right now as I will carefully design a personalised exercise and nutrition plan based on the initial free 30 minute consultation, which determines your nutrition & exercise requirements. I will ensure that you get the most out of the workout, whilst keeping you motivated and interested. I will integrate a wide range of training disciplines and methods to ensure that your interest is high and your body is always being challenged in a wide range of ways. The session will always finish with a full body (assisted) stretch, a fantastic way to unwind and relax after a hard session.

I’m a qualified Pilates and Yoga teacher (my qualifications here), so If you have lower back, neck or other joint or muscular pain, had an Orthopaedic surgery such as spinal surgery, total hip and total knee replacement, shoulder surgery, postural problems, or sport injury, Pilates and Yoga can be your best starting point. This is the ideal way to strengthen your core in the postnatal phase of your life, too. You will be required to attend a free introductory session lasting 30 min. During that session you will be fully assessed and your goals / expectations will be discussed. Following this first assessment you will continue to work 1-2-1 or in a small group (up to 3 people).

If you are most comfortable exercising in a group, I offer online and outdoor classes for all fitness levels. Whatever your passion, interest and requirements are, the choice is wide: Pilates, Yoga, HIIT, conditioning, toning, stretching etc. Check my current class timetable to find a perfect match for you (outdoor classes in Edinburgh).

My philosophy is to consistently improve on the last session, always pushing your body to new limits, making you leaner, more toned, faster and increasing your metabolism. I also want to see all my clients happier, more confident and achieving their goals.
