Service Description

1 hour Personal Training session includes: • A structured workout programme tailored to you to work through and progress your fitness; • Motivation to kick start your new healthy lifestyle; • A full body stretch at the end of the workout to help you relax, unwind and recover. Your nutritional plan to support your goals will be discussed at the start of the training with me. It will be reviewed / amended if required.
